Affordable Infill Housing

brings new budget friendly homes to
existing neighborhoods enhancing

community growth

What is Affordable Infill Housing?

Affordable infill housing brings new homes to vacant, often blighted spaces, making efficient use of underutilized land while strengthening communities. By integrating thoughtfully designed housing within established areas, we create vibrant, accessible living spaces without expanding urban sprawl.

Uses Existing Infrastructure

– builds on empty or

unused land , using existing

roads, water, and

electricity.

Increases Housing Supply

& Affordability – gives

people more choices and

helps keep rent and home

prices lower.

Helps the Environment –

Building in cities instead of

spreading out into nature

means less pollution, more

walking, and better public

transportation.

Makes Neighborhoods

Better –Revitalizing vacant

lots and neglected areas

helps local businesses, and

brings people together.
